At Art’s unity we would like to present the group rules.
- Please keep a note of Deviantart’s Rules in general
- Please read the Submission rules before submitting!
- There is possibly a large amount of children in this group, so please anything that is explict must have the ‘mature’ content filter on so that only people who are 18 and over can view it.
- Maturity and Polite behaviour is extremely valued
- Please be patient with accepting the submissions. It could take a while due to the voting re-scheme we have placed onto this group. This is done to ensure you have submitted to the correct folder. If you would like a critique, then please ask an admin to do so on the voting scheme.
- If for any reason the rules are violated, you will be blocked from this group.
- No Chainmail or Advertising either, unless it is specifically art related. Then, they would go to the 'advertisement' folder.
- If your submission was declined due to clearly being submitted to the wrong folder, you'll have to wait a week again to be able to submit another piece of artwork!

Changes and Notifications + Contributor Hire!

Edit: Due to incorrect submissions of the Misc. folder, it is now closed to the members. Only staff members can move works there if needed.

It has come to my attention that some of the folders has been getting out of hand being clogged with artwork which shouldn't go there and expired deviations too. The expired deviations was due to my fault, because some of our contributors weren't allowed to accept to specific folders thus building up a line of unaccepted artworks. However, that error has been cleared up now and our admins should have no fault in the submitting process. If there is please do tell me, and I shall fix. Thankyou.

Now about the "Misc." Folder. I found this folder to become a real "WTF" folder, as there seemed to have no real relevance and looked like a dump folder, and was clogged with artwork which could of been placed into correct folders. Since this was way out of hand i've had to delete that folder and make a new one. However, I repeat this change is enforced because this folder is reserved for really out of the ordinary works. This is NOT a folder to submit to just because you haven't looked which other folders to send too. I hope that clears up any confusion you guys might have.

Advertisement folders is another issue too. I fear this was going to become a dump folder for random artworks. I've uped the votes to 2 now because I want to make sure this is not going to become a clogged folder. I would also like to announce that this folder is specifically for advertising things such as "Commissions, Contests etc". It is not a folder which is based on things like Movie posters or anything, as they should go into their relevant folders. If there is anymore confusion on this matter, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We would also like to announce that we're opening for contributor hire. If you would like to join our group please comment below. We do ask that you have some experience working with submitting and group admin-ship as we are quite a big group. But don't let that scare you, we don't bite!
